Sherwood Florist & Every Blooming Thing

The owner was kind and recently stayed open late so I could get some plants for a funeral service. I have a dish garden from an event last year that is still looking good!

I called Sherwood Florist about an arrangement my sister sent me for my birthday that was not what she ordered. They apologized and agreed to make things right by sending me a special replacement arrangement. This gesture tells me this is a place you should order your flowers from, because they stand behind their product and value their customers.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral last week and I just got a picture of what was sent that cost over 100 dollors and it looks like nothing like I wanted. It looks like I bought it from a grocery store and paid maybe 20 dollars for it. Even the sister of the deceased told me she was shocked it cost that much because it was so small.!! Extremely disappointed!!

The staff there are fantastic and very friendly. Told them an idea of what I was looking for and they have been able to exceed it every time I've been. I plan on using them for all my floral needs!

Billy to the rescue!!! After a horrible experience with a 3rd party online florist (tried Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon to get order accepted and delivered), I was told right before local florists were closing in the Sherwood area that there was only one florist shop and they were no longer accepting orders (it was right before Christmas). I googled and found Sherwood Florist and spoke to Billy who was very understanding and very very nice, and who was able to help me out in sending a very important flower arrangement to a local family in the area. This was for my best friend and her family who had lost a loved one this year, and due to the 11th hour, there were no flowers available for some of the pre-designed arrangements that I had ordered. Trusting Billy to design a white flower arrangement, I was extremely confident that I would have a nice arrangement for my friend and her family. Well, this arrangement was SO BEAUTIFUL and they loved it so much, I was blown away by the photos that they sent me of his arrangement. The level of care and expertise and love and knowledge of flowers was simply the best that I've seen. I was so impressed with the arrangement, and even more so by the kind, polite and understanding owner! I can't say enough about my satisfaction with this shop - it was everything you would hope for and need in a florist! Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it most, and for going above and beyond for my order!!

The new owners are amazing. The staff is not only talented, but courteous, kind, listens well and happy. It's fun to go into their new walk in flower case and choose the freshest of the day and find the perfect thing. I go frequently just cuz it's a nice environment and a break from the stress of work. They have always always delivered for me beautiful pieces, more like art really and always go above and beyond for me. Prices are reasonable and they have a huge delivery area in AR. My go to shop. A loyal client.
